So, is #Bluesky really decentralized?
A decentralized network cannot have a single authority that is able to decide who may or may not participate. This is difficult to design for and virtually impossible to pull off, if you also want to have content moderation.
Now, in social networks, we are not talking about perfect decentralization, but how much power a single actor can amass and if that allows him to dictate his terms on other participants.
