Fun story.
I went to order my Apple Watch. The one I wanted was available for pickup on Friday.
Wasn't sure about the band, so I decided to head to the Apple Store to try some on, see what I like.
Great experience, found the band I wanted, headed home.
Back in front of my computer., went to order the watch. Not available for pickup anymore, and won't ship til mid-October.
Not a complaint, happy to wait, more a comment on how quickly that initial inventory moved.
