Fixed some long-standing Cashu Mint Auditor bugs that caused it to degrade and added a new API endpoint and dialog that shows the recent swaps from one mint, and statistics like average time and success rate.

Endpoint: `GET /swaps/mint/{id}?skip=${skip}&limit=${limit}`

Might be useful for bots like npub1cashu0thfukl57lgwtarn7h4jrzrg2e346zc8sjvjd8u5hheds0qlhpt92
