iOS 17.4 (21E219) fixes things again. There are the following cases:
- You newly add an app: it runs in standalone.
- You added an app during the 17.4 beta or before and accepted the new (but canceled) behavior: it still opens in a tab in your default browser.
- You added an app during the 17.4 beta or before and never accepted the new (but canceled) behavior: it runs in standalone.
