I’m a competitive person so I don’t do resolutions, I do challenges.
Last year I went without drinking alcohol and learned a lot about myself; this year I went without buying new clothes and unexpectedly learned even more about myself through the process.
I’m looking for a challenge for next year that will continue this process.
