As I keep pointing out, if we *are* going to use #GDP data as some sort of measure of economic success, then we at least should use per capita data.
So here are some growth rate data (and projections) for a selection of five economies (the FT interactive chat only allows 5 countries), which suggests that #Germany has found a way to approach US levels of growth, unlike the UK, France of Norway, all of who (surprisingly?) are quite closely clustered.
Something to ponder on a Thursday evening?
