Indeed, Palestine was wiped from the maps already decades ago -- before google maps did exist. My father worked in Cairo ~1980-85 and complained about Egyptians that still used "Palestine", as they wrote it on geological maps.
Actually having two states on one ground was a quite bad Idea, obviously it can't work like it was done.
