SUCCESS!!! I slept well in my tent! FINALLY!
I camped overnight in a friend's backyard. There was a freeze warning but I think it only got down to around 40 F. I stayed toasty warm and actually slept!
I did a couple things differently: I brought my memory foam pillow from home and I used my inflatable pillow as a knee pillow. I think the knee pillow really helped. I had my mattress adjusted just right and had no hip pain. Now to find a new backpacking pillow for my head...
