I was specifically referring to miner's fees specially when there is no more block rewards.
But yes, I do have to read this once again with the physical book in hand to understand a bit better what Eric wanted to express on that aspect, the context and constrains.
I mean, if Bitcoin is "a" free market it shouldn't be the case, but well I got from Eric's book, probably... mistakenly.
