#emacs users: I'm currently trying out the OSC 7 way of tracking directory changes in shell mode, as described in the “Directory Tracking" section here:
https://www.masteringemacs.org/article/running-shells-in-emacs-overviewIt mostly works, but sometimes shell-mode just stops changing `current-directory`. Most of the time, killing the buffer and restarting the shell fixes it for a while. Not always. Can't find any discussion of this. Any advice?
