Looks like Snapchill, an upstream supplier of canned drinks for Gigawatt Coffee, is being bullied by the FDA because their process "was not filed with the FDA".
"No illnesses have been reported to-date, and Snapchill is not aware of any instances in which the company’s products contained botulin toxin"
I'm not qualified to understand Snapchill's process or the complaint.
