Thank you Rep David L Cook for helping us resolve the driver license issue.
The manager of the Ft. Worth office called me directly. She said this is the third day they’ve been unable to work due to the systems being down. Of course they are frustrated. She said they’re all there and ready to work, but they can’t process anyone.
The manager was very kind and got us scheduled for next Tuesday afternoon.
She thinks the systems will be back up by then. She didn’t sound too confident.
