how is it there isn't a simple mechanism to just archive the blocks and import them, also... seems like an obvious feature to, you know, have a long term cold storage archive of the chain?
oh it can be done
now that i have a full grasp on badger maybe i should build a thingy that lets me run my own DB on this that includes a simple export/import on raw blocks
that would make too much sense
