Electric cars: great. Had mine for four years and love it.
Chargers: absolute nightmare of UX.
- My home charger needs me to download a new app. The new app does not let me log in on my old account or register my charger to a new one. Just endless unhelpful ‘something went wrong’ messages.
- Public chargers might work or might not. Might be fast, might not. Might start with a credit card, might require downloading a new app.
Just horrible.
