Then the other ZOGs (esp ones who still have competent armies) around Ukraine just don't do anything about it and allow it to happen.

Then that same army of the same country who is piss-poor, debt-ridden, just faced a large loss of population and men in general ( + a total fertility rate slightly higher than south korea, the worst one in that category) just conquers that sizeable chunk of Russia because apparently soldiers, weapons and war equipment in general will just stop existing in that area for some reason.
