I’ve found the best way to get help from ZBD (nprofile…7p8s) is by submitting a support ticket on their Help Desk website. That way your issue has a trackable number and there’s an email record of the conversation, especially if you are trying to troubleshoot something.
You can get to their Help Desk site via the “Support” link at the bottom of the zbd.gg website, then “Submit a ticket” in the top right, or try this direct URL: https://help.zebedee.io/hc/en-us/requests/new - that system is a an instance of Zendesk, so it’s a separate login.
