Some "engineer forced to build his own contraption" observations:
* Hardware cloth is a bitch to pin up. Some sections I could do by myself, some sections I needed help.
* Hardware cloth makes me feel very confident about the structure WRT all types of predators.
* I used galvanized metal, post-installation adjustable fittings, and no wood. I hope this will increase the life of the structure, but only time will tell.
* Stainless steel cable ties are the best.
* Took ~40hrs total to build.
