A few thoughts about the gag order:
🔹 it is narrowly tailored (don't talk about court staff)
🔹Trump has no excuses: he doesn't have to talk about court staff as part of his campaigning and they're not speaking publically about him so he has no need to respond
🔹the court staff are not public figures or government officials so it reduces the 1st A issues
Generally, prior restraints are allowable if narrowly tailored to prevent immediate likely harm.
