I'm no chemist, but I can read a chromatogram as we use these to verify the identity/authenticity of supplements. A TLC assay uses reference samples to test against, and what is expected is that the sample being tested will match the verified references. This is how we spot fraud when purchasing new batches of supplements.
Here is the assay for the Biontech 'vaccine'.
What you are looking at is the reference sample in the far right lane, and the Biontech product in the lane next to it. The reference sample indicates that the S1 spike protein has a molecular weight of 141,000 daltons, or 141kDa. Which means that if something contains this same protein, it would match this reference band.
What this assay actually shows is that the Biontech product fails to match the reference sample, but it contains other unexplained proteins shown at 100kDa and 190kDa.
Say it with me: FRAUD.
