TIL: systemd-run can also limit memory usage and that includes page cache usage (= not polluting the cache just because i make a backup)
systemd-run --scope --property=MemoryLimit=500M -- sh -c do-the-backup.sh
(it's cgroups doing the thing, not systemd-run)
