I have found that it's easier to let others come to you about it.
Just engage with those who are open to listen, if they're not willing to listen it's not worth the energy.
Hate to say it, unfortunately.
A lot of people don't understand even the most basic of things.
Simple memes, and stuff like that are probably the best way perhaps, short clips but anything longer than 10 minutes will probably turn them off unless they're a close friend to you.
