I do have to worry about relay operators, especially those in the U.S, in the beginning if this passes. Nostr needs more relays not hosted on the clearnet in case other countries do the same.
Maybe it might be worth investing in decentralized internet solutions like CJDNS and Yggdrasil, as well as employing Nostr relays as onion sites and eepsites.
