I see it more as The Creator™️ was able to invent the constituent components (what we understand as the periodic table of elements and the subatomic particles that comprise them) and the forces necessary for them to interact with entropy so that once unleashed with sufficient energy the constituent components would be able to interact in complex and accretive ways and in time create every permutation of matter possible.
I do not think humanity is the pinnacle of these outcomes per se (look at us - we’re mostly a complete mess) but I do think consciousness is among the highest forms or outcomes of this rule set.
If our understanding of the universe is directionally correct in terms of size then it is very likely (99.999999%) that more intelligent and more capable life forms exist or have existed or will exist. Law of large numbers makes a very compelling case for this.
That said, I’m not completely convinced human understanding of reality is accurate. So who really knows what the fuck is going on in base reality.
