Most of Alaska was a bit cooler than normal in July, and in some places in some areas in western, southwest and southcentral Alaska this was the coolest July in more than a decade. However, five day heatwave the second half of the month has brought record warm to some places, and McGrath set a new all-time record high temperature for July. #akwx #Climate #Summer2024
