Jeff Bezos, who owns The Washington Post, is estimated to make about $200 million PER DAY, so he could pretty much make up any budget shortfall at the paper by using his lunch money if he wanted to.
But he pretty clearly doesn’t want to.
This leads me to doubt that billionaires are going to save journalism.
