Yeah okay, so you know everybody. If it’s a low motivation problem, what’s the incentive? Money. Incentives bring the quality of staff up. Maybe too much is going to admin or corrupt contractors but teachers are laying the social foundation. Home school, good for you, not everyone can. We need quality education for quality society, teaching should be a high paying job.
