The trend towards people not reading long documents and instead relying on automated summaries makes me uneasy.
So much of what is written is already sanded down from the raw data.
Decisions have already been made about what to include and what to leave unsaid.
I think it important to consider the words you use and how you structure them.
Every sentence is important, if it isn't then I would have deleted it prior to sending.
