If I give myself half credit for two of these, I hit about 7/12.
The thing that struck me about the list is it requires some degree of financial independence. If you're wholly dependent on a wage you're not middle class. If you have some real assets that could at least sub in for wages if needed, then you're firmly middle class, it would seem.
