I can fully understand that in a region scarcly populated, there are not many trains a day. So if something goes wrong it takes longer to bring an alternative than in Berne. But the systematic absence of communication and the fact that in the end if you reorganize your trip by yourself you arrive to much better solution is simply unacceptable. Last vacations there we went to Umeå by train and then rented a car to drive to Kiruna/Abisko. It was the good decision…",
