I skimmed Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI but had to stop at "on information and belief, GPT-4 is an AGI algorithm..." LOL, no, it's not, it's not even "AI," it's spicy autocomplete, it's a word salad generator.
Maybe Musk has a claim about OpenAI's transition to a for-profit entity, but I can't be bothered to look. I hope they both lose.
