The popular parties, not just in the US but here in germany too seem to be mainly focussed on making the rich richer, with some parties giving more treats (like trans/gay rights, cannabis and such) than others. So if i seperate out the treats and focus on the main action, what i see is a slow, worldwide suicide. After all, the whole "make the rich richer" thing works on wasteful production (it doesn't matter what is needed, things are sold through psychological mechanisms that actually work) and sticking to already payed off and harmful infrastructure, like fossil fuel stuff.
So as i see it, the dems are the humanity destroyers that give treats to keep you still while the reps are the humanity destroyers that torture you to make you compliant.
The end result i expect is the same, the way is just much faster and more painful with the nazis instead of the neoliberals.
