I have a theory that design-driven production work is still creative work. Sorting cards. Setting priorities. Rewriting descriptions.
It just operates at the level of assembling the holistic pieces of a vast mosaic. And less at the level of creating the perfect line of dialog or level.
So it is a different type of craft, but still distinctly about forming and shaping a beautiful monstrous thing from the mystical ether.
