Again, proportionate response. The camps were created for exactly this purpose:
1. Dealing with people who were enemies but nonetheless not actively engaged in warfare.
2. Deprogramming anti-social elements and trying to save them.
Like ffs, they were letting prostitutes and homosexuals out of the camps if they agreed to marry and become proper citizens. Why couldn't they have done the same for four youngsters who'd been given some bad messages?
If you seriously think it's necessary to kill everyone who doesn't support you then you'll just end up disappearing down a purity spiral and creating more enemies than you need to have.
