Something I’m pondering today about #Bitcoin and the future. Suppose we move to more of a bitcoin standard universally. One of the things we take for granted in the current world, it is the ability to call a custodian if a payment gets fucked up. Is there an application that can be built on a different layer that will allow for some sort of protection to the sender and receiver without defeating the whole purpose of Bitcoin. What if you send a payment to the wrong address. What if you’re using an application built on Bitcoin and that application gets has a bug that causes something to get fucked up. Is this just all stuff that will eventually get worked out in some creative way because we are still so early? It seems like something that has to happen for the average person not interested in learning about Bitcoin to use it.
