The sad thing is that I feel like I understand JD Vance. Not from politics or any of his other garbage opinions mind you, but I read stories about him and I see a guy the same age as me, who does all the weird shit my mind keeps mulling about for decades.
It's like some nerdy teenager's self-conscious thoughts came alive and started a career in politics.
Maybe there once was a real JD Vance, a slightly awkward but ok guy, who got murdered and replaced by his own embarrassment.
