Three weeks ago off the coast of Florida - A British nuclear submarine with the British Defense Minister on board launched an SLBM (submarine launched ballistic missile) but due to an "anomaly" it veered off course towards continental America (lol) causing it to self-destruct moments after launch. The 58 ton missile entered the water yards away from the submarine almost causing a catastrophic failure before sinking to the bottom of the ocean.
