There's no doubt in my mind that he (and Biden, both) are showing increased effects of dimensia or similar. Trump doesn't have the excuse of a stutter, either. My dad didn't have very bad dimensia but there were definitely moments where we could tell he wasn't firing on all thrusters. It was terrifying when it happened while he was driving, sometimes he'd just start drifting off the road into the median. Shouldn't have been driving. Let alone leading a country!!
