Yes for go, but no for the other two. When I look at packaging a C++ program, I usually see low single digit deps, and most/all of them are already packaged. Python isn't bad either, typically in the 5-15 range, but still with most/all of them already packaged. The last time I looked at packaging a rust program without bundling, I gave up after the transitive deps went over 100, and I wasn't even finished mapping them all.
