If i'm about to convert a whole bunch of JPG images to a GIF animation - i know there's simple-to-use and free converters online-- BUT, they never seem to have the possibility to choose, or even any notifications on how much, the FPS is
I want a smooth one, so i would like 30fps - BUT WHERE is that easy and free site that lets me use 30fps??
How would i proceed to make this GIF - and how many frames is the free sites, why not tell...
