Sadly, existing #accessibility issues are not resolved and I just filed two new ones for the very first page of the survey:
• CSS Survey radio buttons do not work with keyboard alone:

• Survey: radio buttons do not have group labels because of invalid HTML: https://github.com/Devographics/Monorepo/issues/307
• Survey: Interested / Not Interested radio buttons use invalid nesting: https://github.com/Devographics/Monorepo/issues/308
