Due to health reasons I didn't make it into the office the other week and had to perform an interview from home (no dedicated room). A friend staying over heard one side of me interviewing the candidate and said something along the lines of "you're a really good interviewer" later that day. I hadn't really thought about it much before then and I was really glad to hear.
