And also, earlier morning sun is when the red-light wavelengths are at the best level for creating melatonin in your eye tissues. And, it's when the blue-light wavelengths that counter red are at their lowest. People who have issues sleeping would do well to make sure they have at least 20min early morning sunlight in their eyes, every day.
