I mean, I don't think the idiot was an active threat to the guy's life so I'm not sure if I agree with the decision process here to draw the weapon.
You never know though, the guy got right up in his face and there is no telling if he's about to strike with the other hand or initiate some type of contact using the taunt or whatever recording he's trying to play.
