When I was studying fitness, and training teaching martail arts and kickboxing. Pilate's was a subject.. From memory, the main key to Pilate's is the way in which the breath is controlled. It massively activates core muscle groups, making simple exervises MUCH harder.
One of the down sides to living remotely, offgrid. I only enjoy training in a group, and I am alone.. So fitness has honr to shit, personally :(.
