I am not familiar with what you are referring to with the Rosenbergs.
I am familiar with the '100 monkeys' concept, and I am also familiar with mirror neurons. Regardless, none of the concepts or mechanisms of human replication has to to do with my initial line of questioning/reasoning, and that is why some 'esoteric' knowledge is beneficial, and what this might be, not specifics, but in general terms.
