I’m content with the X390 purchase so far:

I like touching the hard textured plastic on top
it’s the perfect size to use the nub mouse and using it on my lap.
it’s very light
the fan is off if you don’t do any computations
there’s no coil whine like many other machines
the keyboard is great
the webcam is shit, but it has an integrated privacy cover that you can use to physically disable it
I have not tested how long the battery lasts
the touchscreen works, but I don’t really use it. it does not work with a pen from another ThonkPad
performance is good, but I don’t do anything taxing anyway.
screen is okay bright and okay sharp. it’s not glossy, which is nice
