Couldn't have really imagined a disaster on this scale. Basically flash flooding in every river valley, "normal" flooding everywhere else, roads washed away wherever the water could reach them, and trees down literally everywhere.
The towns completely cut off from transportation, power, communications, and even drinking water are the "lucky" ones. The unlucky ones don't exist anymore, and might not be recoverable.
And all of this spanning the majority or entirety of several states.
