Last I checked, Moscow doesn't look like a 3rd world shithole, unlike for example London (which literally has a Paki Muslim mayor). Russia does have some nonwhite and Muslim regions, the populations of which Putin smartly used as cannon fodder during the Ukraine war (the leadership of Western countries by contrast would have made damn sure that White people suffered as heavy casualties as possible).
