"content": "In fairness, Nintendo has been consistent with this kind of thing. It takes them a while before they raise the DRM flag, but they always get to it in the end. That said, @BeAware's point is correct. There needs to be a mechanism to protect legacy content because this is happening a lot these days, for various reasons. Maybe there's a way to open up old, rusting IPs before tech advances bury them?",
