Socially, not much: Milos is a dokkalfa, so mostly a curiosity to be leched over, thanks to ljusalfa stories. Even at work, he almost got transferred to back to Research when their interim supervisor decided he wasn't actually, y'know, a person.
But physically, his ability to shift his fingers into claws gives him the power to defend himself he didn't have before, even if he's still slightly afraid to use it. 1/2
